When: Tuesday, January 31st 6pm to 9pm
Where: St. Paul Farmer’s Market (290 5th St E, St. Paul, MN 55101)
How Much: $30 includes entry and all food. Beverages available for purchase.
Join Chef Thomas Boemer of Corner Table and Revival and Chef Adam Eaton of Saint Dinette for a French Canadian-inspired, outdoor winter feast! These lauded chefs will personally tend to open flames as they serve up a selection of sweet and savory, soul-warming dishes, all under the awnings of the Saint Paul Farmer’s market. Think skwered meats, smoked fish, toasted bread, and warm maple syrup…
Master minds Tim Niver, Laurel Elm, and Nick Rancone will also craft chilled, warm, and spiked beverages, available a la carte, to add to a beautiful evening of dining and imbibing in the Lowertown neighborhood of Saint Paul.
HERITAGE DINNER: MIDDLE EAST
Laurel Elm and Chef Adam Eaton and are pairing with some talented friends to host a formal Middle Eastern dinner at Saint Dinette on Monday, September 26. Join us for an evening designed to honor the flavors of the mid-east through savoring the last of what our bountiful season has to offer. We invite you to gather around an immaculate table set for the purpose of sharing in food, feast, and fête.

BURGERS & BREWS:
First there was the Cheeseburger.
Then bologna was added and the Double Down was created.
Now, we present Burgers & Brews on Monday, March 28th. Chef Adam is working on a few new burgers just for this event. We invited a handful of the top local breweries to pour their great brews because what’s better than a burger and beer?
We are proud to host the Brewmaster’s Dinner on Wednesday, September 16th with social hour at 6pm and dinner at 7pm.
